Hi, I'm Madeleine!

I’m a self-taught baker turned professionally trained pastry chef, with a passion for creativity, detail, and bringing my clients’ ideas to life. What began as a love for baking eventually led me to pursue my formal pastry education at the International Culinary Center in New York City, where I earned my Pastry & Baking Arts Degree. I’m currently working in the pastry industry while continuing to grow my own business and pursue the creative side of what I love most.

With a lifelong eye for art and design, creating custom cookies and desserts has always felt like a natural extension of that creativity. My goal is always to create something that my clients are incredibly excited to celebrate with—and that I’m equally proud to create.

I’m based in Morristown, NJ, but my work has grown well beyond the Tri-State area. I’m incredibly grateful for every client, celebration, and opportunity that has allowed me to continue growing as a pastry chef and artist.​
